The player has said that he is not worried about the transfer talks with the Turkish club Galatasaray. Kolo Toure has not been included in the squad for the group stages of the Champions League. Manchester city have been paired against the likes of Real Madrid and Dortmund. The player, though, has once again maintained his commitment to the club.
“Kolo is flattered by the interest from Galatasaray but he is happy at Man City. Kolo has spoken to the manager and owners [of Manchester City] and he remains as committed to the club as the day he signed. All Kolo’s focus is on helping Manchester City be successful this season in every competition they are going for,” said his agent Saif Rubie. Due to the fact that the Turkish transfer window does not close until Wednesday evening, the player still has the ability to seal a move to Turkey.
